Rainbow Flush
The rainbow flush can be a
great disappointment when all that you are looking for is a
good poker hand. But if you are sitting there with two
Hearts, Spades, Diamonds, or Clubs it becomes more than just
a disappointment. Especially if one of the cards in the
rainbow matches one of your pocket cards.
If the flop does you hand no
good outside the flush. Anybody would call you an absolute
poker moron if you did not drop the hand like a hot rock.
But, how has your luck been running? If you have been on a
hot streak and have at least one of your cards flopped for
the flush you might just be tempted to stay in, "Just to
see." That little phrase has cost more poker players more
money than any other single mistake.
Don't Play A Rigid Game Of Texas
Holdem
There is nothing worse for
you than to play a rigid game of Texas Holdem. Poker is a
game best played with a great deal of flexibility. It is
essential to keep your opponents wary, and if at all
possible, off balance. The more off balance that they are
the more that you can control the game. It is not necessary,
or even desirable, to be ahead in the game to play with an
unpredictable flair.
